DEALER SUPPORT

We go to market through our dealers because we believe that's how it should be done. They're the ones on the ground, closest to the customer, and we back them every step of the way — with the full Bullmax range, the product knowledge to sell it with confidence, and the support to stand behind it after the sale.

Our job is to make sure our dealers are set up to look after you properly, so wherever you buy Bullmax, you're buying it from people we trust to do right by you.

ABOUT US

Bullmax Logo

Bullmax began in 2011 with a simple problem and a straight answer. A rural retailer wanted to stock log splitters that could hold their own in a competitive market - gear priced to sell but built to last. The two didn't usually go together. Cheap meant cheap. Tough meant expensive. Somebody had to close that gap.

So we did. What started as one product line, built to solve one honest need, grew into a full range of Tough Tools & Equipment trusted by tradies, farmers, contractors and industry, across the country. Fourteen years on, that founding idea hasn't changed: hard-working gear shouldn't force you to choose between what you can afford and what you can rely on.

Everything we do runs through the regional town of Albury, NSW. It's not just a warehouse. It's how we get the right gear to the right store, faster than anyone working out of scattered depots or overseas time zones. When you order from us, you're dealing with people down the road, not a call centre on the other side of the world.

That's the part we're proudest of. Bullmax is assembled, sold and supported by local people. When you have questions or queries, a real person answers the phone - someone who knows the product, knows the market, and can make a decision on the spot. Our sales team, our assembly floor and our after-sales support all sit under one roof. We pride ourselves on servicing our customers needs.

Every Bullmax product is field-tested in the em conditions it's built for, supported by warranty and genuine after-sales care, and turned ndi around fast from a distribution centre built for exactly that. We don't ask you to take our word for it, we ask you to trust the network of tradies and contractors across the country that make up our testing & quality control teams.

We're confident in our story. Quality you can stake your reputation on, local service, and equipment tough enough to earn its name.

BULLMAX.

"Real tools, real people, real support — all under one Australian roof. That's the difference you feel ..."
